But everyone can see what we are doing

If you want to add or change the Categories, Work Areas, Priorities etc, please contact IT.
As this is a demo system, please logon as 'guest' with password 'guest12345'
To raise Tickets and make Comments you must be registered & logged on
To register: please email IT with your name, an alias, and your Company email
We will register you as a user, assign permissions & send you your password
A Ticket is any IT issue, request, suggestion or bug relating to an application, website, service, report, hardware etc supported by the IT dept. Tickets are assigned to a Category, Application & Status
You may raise Tickets if you have the permissions so to do
Comments are a running log related to each activity
You may make Comments if you have the permissions so to do
Comments are classified by CATEGORY. Some of these are reserved by IT
